The Other Men At The Meditation Retreat

Twenty bona-fide PNW Men: tall, white, warmly fitted, physically able, outdoorsy-looking men in their early to mid thirties. The type who enjoy the outdoors but do not work outdoors, if you know what I mean. 

North Face, Patagonia, Columbia, all of them. 

Neat, respectful and generically handsome, like straight out of an ad for REI, it’s a wonder these men find themselves stuck on this mountain with me.
